By registering for and attending the CAFP Foundation Annual Summit, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during conference sessions and events. These images and recordings may be used by the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians (CAFP) for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, including on the CAFP website, social media channels, newsletters, publications, and other communications.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify CAFP staff at the registration desk upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request; however, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in incidental background images or recordings captured in public conference spaces.
